jeeta ("we", "platform") is a digital platform providing online entertainment and betting services in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions stated on this page ("Terms") form the basis of the agreement between you and jeeta. By using our website or any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use our services. This document is in English; in the event of any ambiguity, the platform's original interpretation shall apply.

1.1 Definitions

• User — any person who visits jeeta's website or creates an account.
• Account — a user's registered personal profile.
• Services — all games, bets, bonuses, and support services available on jeeta's website.
• Bonus — additional credits or rewards given for promotional purposes.
• Real Money — actual Bangladeshi Taka (৳) deposited into a user's account.

2.1 Age Requirement

To use jeeta's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only. Creating or using an account on behalf of any minor, or helping a minor access the platform, is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If false information is provided, jeeta reserves the right to close the account at any time.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeeta follows a thorough identity verification process. Where required, we may ask for your national identity card, proof of address, or other documents. Failure to submit this information may result in withdrawals or other benefits being temporarily suspended.

3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount at jeeta is ৳100 (the same for every payment method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

3.2 Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment methods:

• bKash — Mobile Banking
• Nagad — Mobile Financial Service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking
• Upay — United Commercial Bank Mobile Wallet
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. In some cases, delays may occur due to identity verification or additional security checks.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. If the deposit and withdrawal methods do not match, additional verification may be required. jeeta will not send funds to any third-party account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager that bonus amount 10 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means you must place a total of ৳12,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account, one device, and one IP address only.
• jeeta reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If any misuse of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.

jeeta has five VIP tiers for regularly active players. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Tiers are upgraded based on a player's regular activity and contribution. The exact criteria for tier upgrades are determined by jeeta, and we reserve the right to review them as needed. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited within a specified timeframe.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeeta and may result in account termination and fund forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Creating artificial bets or balance cycles for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Colluding with other users to control bets.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability on the platform.
• Operating an account using false identity or documents.

7.1 jeeta's Rights

jeeta reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time and for any reason — particularly in the event of a breach of these terms.

7.2 Voluntary Closure Request

Users may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any outstanding valid balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be available for withdrawal.

7.3 Suspension for Responsible Gaming

If a user wishes to self-exclude or take a cooling-off period, please contact the support team. jeeta is committed to responsible gaming.

User data is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with authorities when required by law or for fraud investigation purposes.

jeeta makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, we will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game or transaction fails due to an interrupted internet connection.
• If loss occurs due to a fault or shutdown of third-party game software.
• If login credentials are exposed due to the user's own carelessness.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical error.

If a game result is unclear due to a technical issue, jeeta reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet.
